Thomas Robsahm

Producer and CEO

Thomas Robsahm is a producer and director. He has produced more than 50 films for esteemed directors such as Lilja Ingolfsdottir, Joachim Trier, Margreth Olin, Maria Sødahl, and many more.

He has won nine Amanda awards, two as a director and seven as a producer. He has also won Nordic Council Film Prize for Louder Than Bombs by Joachim Trier, which also was selected to compete for the Palme d´Or in Cannes, 2015. Hope by Maria Sødahl was screened in Toronto and Berlin Film Festival and nominated for two European Film Awards. It was also shortlisted for the Oscars in 2021.

The Worst Person in the World by Joachim Trier was selected for the main competition in Cannes, 2021 and Renate Reinsve won the award for best actress. The film was also nominated for two Oscars and has sold more than one million tickets around the world. Dancing Queen was invited to more than 70 festival and won 15 awards including Amanda for best children’s film. Loveable won more than 30 awards including five at Karlovy Vary International Film Festival and Amanda for best film.

 

Renée Hansen Mlodyszewski

Renée Hansen Mlodyszewski is a Norwegian film producer and EAVE alumna. She has produced and co-produced acclaimed features including Joachim Trier’s Oscar nominated The Worst Person in the World which Renate Reinsve won best actress award at Cannes film festival in 2021. Hisham Zaman’s A Happy Day (Toronto International Film Festival 2023), Brwa Vahabpour’s My Uncle Jens (SXSW Main Competition 2025), Johanna Pyykkö’s My Wonderful Stranger (Gothenburg 2024), Yen’s Explosions in My Heart (2024), and Fanny Ovesen’s Live a Little (2025).

A graduate of The Norwegian Film School, she began her career at Oslo Pictures before establishing True Content Production Norway, and now has founded her own company, Needle in the Haystack, affiliated with Monster. She is currently developing a slate of Nordic and international films with leading voices such as Ole Giæver, Hallvar Witzø, Emil Trier, Erlend Loe, Izer Aliu, Brwa Vahabpour, and Fanny Ovesen.

Silje Holtet

Silje Holtet is a writer and former actress. She has written and directed several plays at Nordland Theatre and for NRK and DR. As screenwriter she has developed and written numerous projects for companies such as Maipo, Cinenord, Motlys, Oslo Pictures and Amarcord with support from The Norwegian Film Institute, NRK, Creative Europe, Filminvest and more.

Her first feature Dancing Queen premiered at Berlinale in 2023, was invited to more than 70 festivals and won 15 awards including Amanda for best children’s film. Her second feature Dancing Queen in Hollywood won the audience award at Barnefilmfestivalen in Kristiansand and best film at Salam International Youth Film Festival. It opens in Norway in September. She has also written the script for the animation feature Northern Lights for Nordisk Film based on novels by Malin Falch. The first film of a series of three will open in 2027.

She has also worked as copywriter for commercials and as script consultant on different projects, including a-ha The Movie (2021) and Loveable (2024).

Anton Robsahm

Anton Robsahm Norum is educated in Media & Communication at Breivang in Tromsø and then studied at Danvik Folkehøgskole. He as worked as editors assistant on numerous productions, including The Wave, The King´s Choice, The Congo Murders, The 12th Man and The Emigrants, Dancing Queen and Lovable. He also worked was also VFX Supervisor, DIT and post production producer on several films. In addition to editing short films, commercials, music videos, promos and teasers/trailers. Companies he has worked for include Paradox, Friland, Fantefilm, Motlys, Speranza Film, Medieoperatørene, Pryserfilm, Nordisk Film Production and Amarcord.
